Accident coverage provides benefits for specific injuries and events resulting from a covered accident. The amount paid depends on the type of injury and care received. Associates can purchase Accident Insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their children (up to age 26). Payroll contribution will be made on a post-tax basis.

Lodging the hospital must be more than 50  miles from the insured’s residence $125/day, up to 30 days for companion hotel  stay
Traveling over 50 miles for Treatment $0.50 per mile, limited to $500/round trip,  up to 3 times per accident

Provides a payment increase of 25% for injuries that occur while participating in organized sports that require formal registration. The child must be insure by the plan on  date the accident occurred and be 18 years of age or younger.
